We saw quite a few fertility specialists before meeting with Dr. Chen. The care we received under her was the best! She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and patient. This was the first office in which we did not feel like just another number. As a result, we now have a beautiful baby!
Forever grateful to Dr. Hughes, Iliana and Libia for everything they did to give me and my husband our baby girl. I can't say enough great things about this practice. My experience with Dr. Hessler started with a teleconference which I waited on for 20 minutes before being told that she had to cancel. Then, on the day of my surgery, she was 30 minutes late getting to the office, leaving myself, the anesthesiologist, and nurses all prepped and waiting. My biggest issue, though, was that I was unable to get in touch with her for several days after my surgery to find out what exactly was done (since it was a little unclear going into it). From our initial consultation until my last appointment before transitioning to an OB-GYN, Dr. Mann was supportive during our lengthy journey to get and stay pregnant. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and care that Dr Mann and her staff show their patients. The fertility struggle is exhausting and can be devastating at times. Throughout a very long, emotional road to become parents, Dr Mann helped me and my husband to push on when we felt hopeless and wondered if our dream would ever come true. From beginning to end the whole experience has been awful. They do not communicate at all. My wife constantly had to ask four or five times for her medicine regiment which was highly time sensitive, yet their responses took hours or even days. My wife had to speak to the on call night nurse multiple times for instruction on medicine because the office closes at 1 pm and doctors and staff are 100 unreachable. Could not have asked for a better experience than with Dr. Hughes. She and her staff were so knowledgeable, helpful, and just all around wonderful. Thanks to her I am expecting my first child through IUI. Couldn't recommend this practice more!
Dr Hughes is the definition of AMAZING!! Thanks to her I have a 15month old Daughter and a Baby Boy on the way. Of all her Patients, I was probably the least likely for success for one baby no less two!! She NEVER gave up on me and always thought outside the box for how to get the process to work for me. I am forever grateful for all that she has done and cannot say enough nice words about her. She truly is amazing at her job and I’m thankful each and every day for her. Hands down best Doctor!!
