Dr. Werbel has been my PCP for nearly twenty years and I have been exceedingly well cared for. She got me on a track at a point where I really needed it and has helped keep me there by being supportive and understanding, rather than judgmental. She also understands me as a person -- how I process information and make decisions. All in all, I feel fortunate to have a physician who partners with me in my health care.
She is VERY ungrateful for the staff she has. They can never keep people, and unfortunately I’m hearing it’s because of her negative attitude! She’s a very nasty person and that’s very unfortunate for her and the business! DO BETTER!
I had Kerry Anderson for my last visit. It was such a pleasant experience after a very long time. I was not very pleased with my visits for the last year and half. Kerry took the time to talk to me, examine me, inquire about all the issues, and very knowledeable. She found issues that I have had for years and recommended treatments. I was going to leave this practice but given this experience I am going to give it another chance.

Dr Werbel is good but the practice treated me very poorly and I cannot recommend them at all. In December 2019, they confirmed my appointment yet when I arrived, told me they no longer accepted my insurance, as of two months ago, and I could private-pay $150 or leave!! I suggested that it was their error and they should simply accept my normal copay and honor the appointment, and then make sure this does not happen to other patients. They refused.
