It's been over 2 weeks since I submitted my first complaint. I was told to allow 2 weeks to get my $355.00 refund, it's been over 2 weeks and because I've gotten no satisfaction, I canceled my cleaning. Do I need a lawyer to get my money back or do I need to hold a sign and walk in front of the office. I asked for this refund in October. I am a 77 yr old woman with Leukemia. I need my money back!!!!
