Had a cavity that needed to be drilled out and filled, and had dealt with goin in and out of there dealing with pain in the same place and area and was told time and time again it was just sensitive from the fill in. now I’m having the repercussions of them going to deep and it pressing down on my root canal and it is killing the root. Expensive to get the pulp cleaned out and getting a crown to be a replacement for the dying tooth. Will be taking any and all business to the Moville dental clinic
Our experience with the Kingsley dental office has been by far the worst customer care and billing we have dealt with. Our main issue is the fact that they ran our debit card UNAUTHORIZED. Yes we authorized a 28 dollar payment the Friday before. Later they called and left a voicemail saying the system updated so we need to call them back. My wife called Monday and found out they had already charged our card UNAUTHORIZED for the full amount $228.92.
