Great OB Doc! Dr. Rowland delivered my baby at Skagit Valley Hospital. She was not my regular OB, but I was relieved to have a woman doctor that night! She is young and very knowledgeable. She had a wonderful bedside manner, and let me call the shots as far as how I wanted to handle my labor. She was encouraging and not pushy, and all her nurses were great as well!
