Dr Brown is amazing. She listens and allows you to discuss vs. rushing you out the door. Very thorough and compassionate
1. Saw her for FREE Annual Company physical. As she reviewed the bloodwork, she spoke of medical issues at-hand from the bloodwork. She proceeded to document the FREE Annual physical as another billing code other that “routine” and attempted to charge me $376 for the FREE visit because she said we talked about something other than the FREE annual physical. Horrible experience with Dr.Sarah Brown. She was completely unprofessional and lacks empathy towards patients with mental health issues. Dr.Brown seemed to be in a hurry and after she asked me about my mental health issues she proceeded to let out a huge sigh and rolled her eyes and demanded I be put on medications. Too terrified to go back to her now. Definitely getting a new doctor that I can feel more safe with and can trust.
