The office called today. They have to reschedule my June 2022 appointment for January 2023. My appointment was to have skin cancer removed! Unacceptable for the practice to treat patients this way. I also question why Dr. Ferguson is taking new patients when she unable to treat patients with serious conditions in a timely manner
Dr. Ferguson is very professional, caring and a true detective of issues with the skin. I was scared going in and once I got to meet her I felt very much at ease. Dr. Ferguson has a comforting bedside manner and is extremely competent. I highly recommend her!!!
Dr. Ferguson has ALWAYS treated me VERY well, from the first time I was diagnosed with melanoma to every following visit. If I have questions or concerns she has happily met with me. She and her staff never fail to be friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend her.

She is thorough and very caring. Her professionalism exceeds my expectations!!!
I am very disappointed at the attitude of this doctor. I requested to be seen by her and the staff assistant pointed out that she gave instructions to not see patients from other doctors. I have not been able to chose who to see at this place and this is a BIG PROBLEM. Is she/they forgetting who is the client here? Because, medics, you do have to remember we are CLIENTS. So get off that cloud and provide us with the service we pay for.
