Extremely disappointing experience. I took my mother to see this doctor several years ago, and it was clear from the beginning that she lacked both compassion and professionalism. My mom didn’t have much experience navigating the healthcare system, and instead of being supportive, this doctor curtly informed us almost dismissively that she would only address one issue per visit. Dr. Savant is one of the best doctors I have had. I have a lot of medical problems from kidney issues to extreme back issues and she takes the time to talk to me about all. She has always gotten back to me quickly with anything I needed. I would recommend her to anyone.
A very lack of communication with the doctor and her staff. Rescheduled the appointment whenever they wanted and informed us 40 minutes prior of it. They never showed any sign of empathy towards their patients.
She is outstanding. Very thorough, smart, and caring!
