I’ve been a patient of Dr. Paleps for a decade and she and the office both deserve glowing reviews! Everyone is kind and accommodating. Dr. P is absolutely a “Top Doc” - best of the best in the world. She’s extremely knowledgeable and has the greatest bedside manner. I never met any other doctors in her practice, but I trust she chooses her colleagues very well with the utmost discernment. You are certainly in the best hands at Spring Street!!
Went to her to get my skin fixed, she is an extremely capitalistic doctor, first she prescribed an extremely expensive cream which was not covered by my insurance, it didn’t even work, then she suggested a more effective cheaper option which did wat it was supposed to, why couldn’t she suggest the cheaper option before, wasted my money, After many months when there no issue with the creams I was using, she suggested another new cream which was new to market, basically using me like a lab rat to test newly released products,... read more
I always have a positive experience at Spring Street Derm. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Dr. Palep is very personable and takes her time to answer all questions.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Palep. She’s always friendly, professional, and takes the time to ensure everything is taken care of. I truly appreciate how accommodating she’s been and how punctual and attentive she is at every visit. Highly recommend her for anyone looking!
Cancelled Microneedling appts twice on me. Once day of via a message in the portal 2 hrs prior to the procedure next was 48 hrs to the procedure. Extremely unprofessional. I had taken off work to do this plus had events to go to. Once is an emergency second time I dont buy it.
