I've been coming here since 2017. I appreciate Dr Ganta for all he's done for me helping me get control of my diabetes and my weight. Offices clean and I never have any issues getting my medication.
DO NOT GO HERE: Dr. Ganta was a fraud. My forced appointment with his Nurse Practitioner, Tuttle (I say forced because, as a new patient, I could not see the doctor before seeing the nurse). There were a lot of airhead moments with them both. This was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. The visit felt like a complete waste of time, and I walked out mid-appointment with Dr. Ganta feeling like I was talking to a wall. Bad service in hemet!! Terrible !! they will call you to come in for an appointment and the front desk billing department doesn’t have there stuff together and will send you home after wasting your morning !! Because they failed !
Poor quality in care.NP did not acknowledge what I came in for, rushed the appointment and answered non of my questions.
