I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Bologna. During a phone call, the doctor spoke in an unprofessional and rude manner, which made me feel disrespected and unheard. As a patient, I expect clear communication, empathy, and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Healthcare should be about trust and care, and this interaction left me questioning both. I hope this feedback encourages better patient communication in the future.
This doctor forgot to call and then after 1 hr 30 mins he calls and upon asking why so late he is saying me ridiculous. He has no courtesy to say sorry. AVOID him. High attitude and treats patient like trash.
Dr. Bologna and staff were great. I was able to have a virtual appointment scheduled pretty quickly ( my request) I had a lot of anxiety before having an endoscopy and colonoscopy due to family history of cancer. Nurse Nicole was amazing and so sweet. The procedure was smooth and went quickly. Highly recommend this office.
He took care of my daughter he find the problem with her. When she went to many doctors and no one could find anything. He is amazing doctor and he care about his patience. Thank you. ❤️
Very experienced doctor who cares a lot about his patients, prone to getting euchred when going alone!
