Edited: I have not returned to the clinic. I am going somewhere else now. I was supposed to get a referral to the fertility clinic and it took two months with me continuing to ask about it before they finally sent the referral. I had an excellent first visit. I was impressed by the detailed care and the attention to detail. I appreciate being able to get an ultrasound on my first visit for infertility issues. Fake review here. ~~> “Wonderful visit. Love the staff and the doctors! Definitely recommend to everyone”. This is what they forced me to write before leaving. They wouldn’t let me leave. Until they coached me into exactly what to write. Not professional. Glad I went with another surgeon. I had BAD VIBES here
Had a great experience at poplar avenue clinic for treatment of fibroids under Dr. Kumar. His expertise and experience definitely shines through . The clinic itself was quite clean and staff was very welcoming.
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! 0 STARS!!! They are not clean! They make you pee in to-go coffee cups! They charged my insurance $3,000 and me $300 for a pap smear! Dr. Kumar (claimed specialist) put me on a breast cancer medication for my endometriosis and adenomyosis to see if it helped. I went back 2 weeks later for a follow up to see if it was working. This my second time going here and I think I need to find a different doctor. The first time I didn't see Dr. Kumar who I was supposed to see because he was not in the office on the date of my appointment, ask for lab and blood work but was left in the lobby and forgot about for almost 2 hours. Had to call and ask for results. The "girls" at the check-in are very childish each visit.
