If I could leave 0 stars, I would. A family member of mine needed emergency kidney stone surgery, and our experience was very frustrating. After the procedure, we were not informed in the waiting room that the surgery was complete. We eventually had to check with the front desk to find out our family member had already been taken back to their room.
