I have had multiple bad experiences here, and have now left the office. My care was transferred from Dr. Nigam without consulting me. When I felt the new provider was not a good fit, I asked if I could please go back to seeing Dr. Nigam. This worked for one visit. Then I was switched to another new provider again without consulting me. Dr. Nigam knew I was going through a rough patch, and the office just switched me anyway without asking me. My care didn’t seem like a priority to this office.
The absolute worse place to go for help. He only cares about money not your well being. He bosses his workers around with what he thinks is best even though he has never even had a conversation with you.
Currently looking for another provider. Actual provides more stress than actually trying to fix any!
This place is awful. After my insurance changed, I needed my medications to be sent to a new pharmacy. Apparently, this was an unreasonable request. After calling more than five times, and messaging through the patient portal back and forth, the office refused to make an update or send anything and quit communicating back to me.
