This is a very busy office. The doctor, pa and staff make you feel like you are their only patient. They are in Fernandina Beach only Wednesdays. It is nice not to have to drive an hour each way to go to the main office in Jacksonville.
Dr.Swami and all of his staff are fantastic. Dr.Swami took the time to get me diagnosed and treated. For the first time in years I’m not constantly sick. I’m beyond thankful for Dr.Swami and his staff. I’m thankful they kept fighting for me.

The doctor is very nice and knows what he's doing.. the shot doctor is too he's very polite he actually likes his job
Dr Swami is beyond 5 star quality. Our community is Blessed to have such a caring doctor. He goes above and beyond for his patients. He takes the time to listen and is very thorough. Thank you Dr Swami for your service in the medical field. We appreciate you and your wonderful staff! ❤️
