When I was hospitalized in May, Dr. jain was my primary physician. I wanted to speak with him when I was in the hospital. I phoned his office on two occasions and he never did call me back. He seemed to only want to speak to me when he came to the hospital and could charge me for a visit.
Very patient & listens. Mostly sees you within 10-15 min of appt time. Staff is always pleasant & helpful. Waiting room could be update, but would really rather he spend the $$ on medical items to help patients than a fancy waiting room.
Long story - but short end is that he would not get on the phone with me to discuss insurance issues, and when he finally did stated the a vaccine I was recommended to get would cost him money even though my insurance said it would cover it. I felt like he cares more about money than the health of an individual. He was rude and would not recommend.
I never waited less than 45 minutes at this office. I found another doctor and 3 years later received a bill from Dr.Jain. They insisted I had been to their office... they had mixed my records up with another patients. The office was always full of Pharm. Reps. He would see them before a waiting room full of patients.
Dr. Jain is a great doctor and the staff is friendly. He hires hot nurses too!
