I received a call from labcorp, which is the lab this doctor uses. Labcorp told me the office incorrectly coded the bloodwork and that is why insurance didn’t pay it. They told me to call Dr Hapani’s office & have them fix the coding & resubmit. His nurse answered and had an attitude from the start. She told me that basically she couldn’t help me. Amazing doctor who treats not only the diagnosis but considers the patient as a person before proceeding.
Dr. Hapani is amazing. He was always positive and encouraging, even when I was scared and tired. He also spends time in the infusion room which was so impressive. He is brilliant and kind and cares so much about his patients. 10/10 would recommend.
