This doctor was very nice, thorough and honest. He even walked me to the check out desk. Excellent manners.
It was a seamless process from scheduling to procedure itself.
My experience with Dr. Agrawal and his back office staff was wonderful. I think I met three if not four that were kind and welcoming. However, the woman in the reception chair as you enter the office had no personality or welcoming manor about her at all - just a matter of fact efficient type of person. So be patient and get to the back office and everything will be great!
