My dad had an appointment with him for some sleep issue. Usually it's my older sister who would take him, but this time I was the one who brought him, so obviously I had no idea about this doctor's personality and patients' care like during a visit. I called around to 7 different Sleep Medicine Clinic's and couldn't get through past and answering machine. Called to Dr. Agarwal 's and got through instantly. Staff was very helpful and friendly over the phone even though I mentioned I was calling around. Eventually booked my appointment with Dr. Agarwal's office. Upon returning my sleep study device the next day, the staff informed me there was a patient who did not show so if I wanted to, I could be seen the same day. Great news!!! Dr Agarwal is very experienced and thorough expert in sleep medicine and pulmonology and I had very good experience with Dr Agarwal
Been going to Dr. Agarwal for a few months. Staff is professional and on top of things. Yes at times it gets busy and hectic, but what doctor’s office isn’t. Dr. Agarwal is very professional and to the point. No sugar coating, which is needed sometimes with stubborn patients (myself included).
