She’s a great dr.
WORST SERVICE/DOCTOR EVER!!! I REQUEST THE READER, NEVER EVER GAMBLE WITH YOUR HEALTH, YOU DESERVE BETTER. we visited her office in October for regular checkup, she ran blood work and some tests. After a month we received the payment notice from Quest Diagnostic, Quest diagnostic told us that doctor will discuss the results with us. We tried calling Doctor's office but no answer!!! we dont know the results even today and we received another payment notice after 6 months with no explanation.
Not at all punctual. Think she's doing Job for timepass. Patient have to wait for atleast 2 hrs. There are lots of another good doctors. If you are time sensitive then please avoid her.
She is a OK kind of doctor. Choose her if you: 1) are ok to remind her every time about your test results 2) can wait on average 2 hours for every appointment and sometimes your visit may end up as 4 hours. 3) willing to lay on hospital bed waiting for her for 4 hours after she herself admits you in over phone 4) willing to get discharged from hospital at 9:00 pm or since it's too late stay in hospital for another night. 5) The nurses say, if Dr says she is coming in at x hrs means it's x+3
Thanks to reviews I was prepared for the 2 hour wait to see the Doctor (and I arrived early!). The Doctor is nice HOWEVER due to a difference in her treatment plan and my referring Doctor's plan she has refused to return my calls for almost 3 months despite numerous messages. I'm now having to find a different GYN who can perform the necessary procedure who hopefully won't yank my chain. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The Doctor is very good and rest assured, both mom and baby are in safe hands. But the issue is with wait times and office staff. Take 2 hours per month off your calendar to meet this doctor!!. In my perception, it's worth. I would always go to this doctor and recommend friends to go. It's an individual decision whether to bear with wait time or not. Advice to the facility: It would be great if the wait time and redundant paper or electronic form filling work is reduced.
This doctor needs to buy a watch and a file folder. The entire office does not seem to communicate with itself as there is constant confusion with appointment scheduling and everything else. Even if you do have your appointment scheduled, be prepared to wait 2 hours and even then you never know.. maybe the doctor is not even in that day but the assistants forgot to tell you! Great!
