I left this clinic feeling disappointed and disrespected. The appointment felt rushed, with little effort made to explain what was being done or why. When I asked questions, the responses were curt and dismissive, which only increased my anxiety. Healthcare should involve communication, patience, and reassurance—none of which were present here. The experience felt transactional rather than caring, and I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking compassionate treatment.
