諾雅齒科的吳醫生和前台妹妹Charing真是仁心仁術的善人，兒子牙髓炎發作痛了兩天兩夜沒睡覺 疼得他都變形了 來診所求救 卻是全天全滿 根本沒位可以插進去看診 跟著一夜未眠六神無主的我口氣非常不友善地一直煩擾她們 但她們沒有怪責 還很耐心地給了專業建議 最後還在全滿員的情況下幫忙擠了時間給兒子解決了急痛 真的感謝好朋友介紹了這家牙醫診所 這是我來加後遇到的最專業、服務最好的全科診所(很多牙診拔顆智齒要跑幾個地方等專科) 感恩遇到心地善良技術高超的全科牙醫Dr. Wu 和直爽熱情又心善的Charing

I’ve visit this clinic multiple times, all with amazing experiences. I had great experience with the receptionist, Charing. Very professional and patient with every questions I’ve asked. Dr.Wu helped me clean my teeth and pulled all 3 of my wisdom teeth, was all done very professionally as well as efficiently. The whole dental team were phenomenal, would definitely recommend to anyone I know.

My recent visit to this clinic was deeply disappointing and far below the level of professionalism I expected. From the moment I arrived, there was a clear lack of organization and respect for patients’ time. I waited well past my scheduled appointment with little communication or acknowledgment from the front desk, which created unnecessary frustration and anxiety. I had an extremely distressing and unprofessional experience at this clinic that left both physical and emotional discomfort. As a patient, I expected a supportive and properly supervised environment, yet the staff displayed a dismissive and condescending attitude, particularly toward younger patients. The most alarming aspect of my visit was being treated by a dental student who appeared to be working with little to no meaningful supervision.
