I had a previous root canal the endodontist missed a canal. I was sent to Dr. Shin after my dentist saw saw something in an x-ray after building a crown for the tooth. She sent me to Dr. Shin because of his 3D xray. Dr. Shin saw the problem (I doubt few would have seen). He went down through the new crown (saving the cost of replacing it) and slowly and carefully cleared the canal. It was very tricky but he (and his assistant) did a great job. I won't ever have a root canal that he doesn't do.
Not likely. Dr. Shin's office staff is very rude and condescending.
