My wife and I both saw Dr Sherman. The visit was great. He is very knowledgeable as well as patient and understanding. Glad we chose him.
I have been a patient of Dr. Sherman for years, he's a fine doctor and I trust him implicitly. The problem here is with the support staff. Phone calls are rarely answered in under 10 minutes, which is reasonable. The wait times however, have gotten much worse, much longer. Today I finally hung up after being on hold for over 25 minute. Such wait times are unacceptable, unprofessional and very disrespectful to patients who must endure such ridiculous time on hold.
