We have greatly benefited from taking Dr. Sandy's Parenting that Heals course. It taught us great information about how our child's nervous system mirrors our own and how we needed to put in the work to self regulate and learn how to manage our own emotions. Edited a year and a half later: I cannot emphasize the value and importance of the transformation that Dr. Sandy did not just to me and my child, but to me and how I deal with my own connections. Me and my little one have a relationship that is unshaken by some bad days, some frustrated moments, some accidents - sometimes big ones.
