She told us incorrect test results then tried to deny it. Really acted like she didn't care.
The details are obviously quite private, but this is a well-earned 1 star. Unfortunately, there's really no recourse when you're receiving insufficient care from a local monopoly.
Dr Elliot takes time listens to you explain things to you works as a team member not as a martyr that you must listen to. The woman literally saved my life when everybody else was too apathetic to do anything.
I found Dr. Elliott to be both personable and professional. She explained our plan to treat my infection and the steps we will take to get there. I was late for my appointment and she stayed to see me. I was/am very pleased.
