I was lucky to have been a patient of Dr Sandra Tai more than a decade ago. She and her assistants are very efficient and they do a really good job.
Dr. Charlene Loh and her team are absolutely wonderful. From start to finish with my Invisalign, I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made all the difference. I’m so grateful for the experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care and great looking teeth.
Our experience at this orthodontist clinic was disappointing and ultimately left us questioning both the professionalism and ethics of their practice. About six months ago, I brought my eight-year-old son in for an initial checkup. We saw a female doctor who told us that no treatment was needed at the time and advised us to return in six months — which we did. My daughter and I have been coming to Astra orthodontist for over a year now for our Invisalign treatment. I have to say with the utmost gratitude what an amazing experience it has been.
