One of the most knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever come across. She carefully explains things and makes sure that things get accomplished. Highly recommend
Dr McGowan’s staff is very unprofessional to say the least. When I called the office I was asked to be placed on a brief hold, I agreed, I was on hold for 20 minutes before I decided to hang up and call back. I called four times and kept getting sent to their voicemail. They blow you off like you’re nothing. Then when you get to their office, no one is smiling and they act like you’re bothering them.
