My car blew up on my way to my appt not only did I call ahead to inform them I was having car trouble but then called immediately back after my car blew up an I did not even speak with her I spoke with reception an they claim I used profanity and totally cursed them out by letting them knw I needed to reschedule and wasn't going ro make it that I had to have my car towed home. Dr. Pasquinelli was very prompt, curtious, and professional. She has a gental hand and a wonderful personality. I had to endure a couple of painful local anesthetic injections delivered to my gums, but that was the only discomfort I encountered during my procedure even though I had a stubborn tooth extracted.
