Dr Escandon is a caring doctor who takes the time to treat you as a person, not a number. She has been helping me for years with a nasty migraine problem and her treatment definitely helps. She is backed up by a wonderful staff should be a model for all doctors offices. Thank you Doctor

She gave off weird vibes from the second she came in the door. Office staff was very nice but doctor herself was weirdly condescending in her tone especially when I asked about how the med she suggested might interfered with my hypertension. She acted like it was a dumb question. I won't be going back.

Dr. Escandon & her staff were all very very kind and courteous. Dr. Escandon took the time to listen to my concerns and explain causes certain excessive annoying behaviors and treatment plans. I must say I am extremely pleased with my visit and greatful to have found her!

I have been a patient at this practice for a few years. Today I was running late after an earlier Dr appointment with my elderly dad ran over. I called and explained the situation and was told not to keep the appointment because it would be past the fifteen minute window for late appointments. I understand the rules. I asked for compassion as I am sole caregiver for my elderly dad and I’ve had to have virtual appointments as a result. She does not listen to your concerns and instead puts you down with her condescending attitude. If you question anything she says, she will give you a death stare and end your appointment. All she knows how to do is push medication. If you want to find the actual cause of your headaches, definitely see a different Dr.!

This doctor was very impatient and curt in dealing with my 86 year old mother. Seemed annoyed that she was even there. If you don’t like your job, leave! Sick people deserve better treatment.

Can never get her or the office on the phone. Cannot get scripts faxed. Hasn’t helped issue.

I was very happy with the dr, the office and the staff. Dr took time to listen to my concerns and seem knowledgeable! I would give a 5 star for that part. Now one month later, i'm just super disappointed that medication that she prescribed has not been approved by insurance. I called multiple times the drs office without success. Not much point in going to the dr if I can't get the meds she prescribed ! Maybe they are working on it maybe they're not...i have no way to know and nobody's calling me back!!

Was thorough in treatment, but not personable or friendly. I felt that she had the “I’m the Doctor you’re the patient” attitude. I had an issue that brought me to the emergency room and when they told me to follow up ASAP, she couldn’t see me for over a month. Don’t accept new patients if you can’t accommodate the ones you have. Switched to another practice that could better accommodate me as per scheduling.
