Unfortunately, while Dr. Caldwell is a good doctor with good patient interaction, the Wellness Solutions business practice financially gouges their patients. I went for my annual review and lab work. This was a visit covered 100% by insurance. I was then created another appointment by the front desk receptionist to get my lab results. I was not told I would be charged to do a follow up visit for my lab results. $120 later I was told I needed to take an iron supplement . I have been a patient of Sandra Caldwell for about 2 years. For most of that time, I had visited the PA that previously worked with her. It was clear there was a solid line of communication, and my needs were always quickly met. That PA no longer works with Dr. Caldwell, so now I visit Dr. Caldwell’s office. She is a kind, friendly human who clearly cares about her patients. Additionally, her office employees quickly return calls and are able to provide helpful information.
