Sandra, on the first appointment, was talking all about her achievements in psychology and community work she has done to help women. She then later implied that I was rude, her exact words were "some people are just rude", meaning me. Then on the second appointment, when I was talking she almost fell asleep. She said she was listening to me so intensely her mind drifted. Unprofessional- unpunctual. She spent my valuable and expensive time-slot engaged on her computer/phone organising her own personal life. I got absolutely no benefit from seeing her but an empty wallet.
