She's the absolute best. She listens to you, gives you amazing advices, never rushes, friendly and knowledgeable. She really cares and is amazing.
I am so impressed with Dr. Fowler. Dr Fowler is what a doctor should be. She is kind ,thorough, and very good at providing what is needed , even if it is Not a prescription. She is a model for other doctors to follow.
I am sooo happy to have Re-connected with the BEST Doctor ever! I have been Blessed to have her as a Doctor. I 1st found her at The Potomac Street Clinic back in the day. I unfortunately didn't know she was in a practice until I had the unpleasant experience omgf having some oretty bad doctors who did not listen or have an Empathy. Dr. Fowler is highly recommended by me!
