Dr.Sandra Carr,. The moment she walks into the room she’s taking mental notes. Her hearing is keen, her gestures are welcoming and polite. I have been a patient of Dr. Carr's for more than 4 years and love her. She is warm and cares about her patients' health and well being. The laboratory staff is greats, especially when they get my blood on the first try. I rarely see her front staff smile; they don't seem very friendly towards patients and that is a turn off. They speak in a matter-of-fact tone. They don't seem to understand they set the tone for the office. People want to know they are appreciated. Kindness is contagious.
