Dreadful. Snake oil saleswoman. First consult cost me hundreds of dollars, no rebate, nothing! I'm not overweight, just wanted to lose maybe 4 kilos to be svelte but she decided 10 kilos and I would have been a skeletal waif. She looked anorexic herself and was horribly rude. Not a specialist either. Go to a specialist if you are going to spend loads of money.
