Professional, courteous and gets results
I have been a patient of Dr. Leong's since she was at the Hall Center on Fourth Street. She has always been interested in me as a person, and tailors my treatment to me, personally, not some cookie-cutter, ideal patient. I feel she cares about me, my health, my life. She attends conferences in her area of specialization, and stays current with new findings and treatments. I can only give her my highest recommendation.
my first scheduled apt was for a PAP. it was not done. then i am told it is ok to have appts via conference call, so i do for 2nd appt. same for 3rd appt. then when i needed prescription refilled, she would not do it without PAP and mammogram. She did not inform me of this on conference call. Due to time constraints, i needed another month before i could schedule appt. She would not re-fill prescription.
