Dr. Ray saved my mother. My mother had a major surgery and had been released home for a couple of weeks. I followed the surgeon's instructions including how to take care of the incision, bathing her, moving her from place to place, positioning her for rest and sleep, etc. She just seemed to get worse. I called the surgeon, he suggested I call her family doctor or take her to emergency because it did not appear to be related to the cancer. I called Dr. Ray. Dr. Ray is very inattentive to her patients needs. Constantly complaining about her own health or situation instead of listening. NEVER returns phone calls. Hasn't the medical knowledge to properly diagnose, refers to other practitioners within her practice instead of diagnosing herself.
Doctor is very quick with you, seems stressed a lot to times. Talks about 'personal stuff' rather than about what you came to see her for. She want to see you for lab results even though the labs are just fine. And only after seeing her and paying the copay you get another refill that I get since years. Ridiculous! That's one way for her to make a lot of money. That's why I choose a new doctor.
Dr. Ray is the best ... I have been her patient now for several years and she is nothing but compasionate and knowledgeable in helping me achieve my medical goals
They treat you like part of the herd. The wait time is horrible! The only thing they care about is money as they try and cram in as many patients as they can.
Does she even know what she's doing? She only listens to you, types stuff up on her computer and refers you to other doctors so I end up feeling that going to see her waste of time and money. NOT recommended at all.
This Dr. is extremly rude. She has a horrible bedside manner and likes to make her patients feel like they do not know what they are talking about. She is more interested in referring patients to other departments within their practice so they can make more money then actually treating patients like human beings. I was very disappointed in how she treats her patients and will not return to her or the whole practice of Florida Medical Clinic if they employ people like her.
