Unfortunately, I can't give 0 stars. I've had a 30-year career in customer service, and I know the importance of it. Today, I truly experienced the worst service. I have been to this office multiple times and established a great relationship. I showed up for my 9:00 am appointment and was told it was actually 8:00. I explained that I received a call and was told 9:00. I actually asked twice to confirm because I had written 8:00 in my calendar.
