I have never been treated so poorly by a medical facility as I have with Dr Fernandez. After getting labs run in preparation for testosterone treatment, for months I could not get anyone to respond to repeated voicemails, emails and web form submissions. I eventually used their online scheduling to get an appointment so I could actually talk to someone only to be told that I would need to reschedule for the procedure.
