Dr. Shori is one of three different Nephrologists that Ive been a patient of and is, by far, my favorite. He's thorough, really takes his time and seems to care about the people he's caring for. I like the way that he thinks through your specific situation and works with you and his staff to come up with a plan of action. My treatment feels like a group effort rather than just something thats happening to me. Would never want another Nephrologist!
I was a incompliant patient that went into the ER multiple times. I would come across Shori as my renal doctor. After all the doctors not wanting to give me a chance at their treatment center Shori spoke to me in a firm manner and said he didn't wanna hear that I passed away because I wasn't doing treatments regularly. That's right when he agreed to take me on as a patient if I went to treatment and he didn't have to come looking for me.
