We arrived 30 minutes before my mother’s scheduled treatment appointment and have now been waiting for nearly an hour. We were told the office has staff available 24 hours a day, so it was disappointing that no one was at the front desk to check patients in or provide an update. I want to thank Marie at the front desk. The company is lucky to have a women that shows Such empathy and cares for the patients like she does. I mean really goes over and beyond. I had just gotten into a car accident. Still recovering from My hand surgery. Needed to know what antibiotics I was being provided. Marie jumped into action. Found out and told me. She did not help me. I went for a follow up on my liver. I've never had major liver problems or had to take medications. My last liver doctor in 2017 said I was healthy and did not need any medications. My internal medicine doctor said the same. She insisted I need to do a sonogram and take medications. All I needed was the greenlight to proceed with IVF and now I can't go to the center because she is interested more in making me get treated for her benefit. And for her pockets. Never again! I will continue with my own liver... read more
