Excellent ER care for my elder family member at Emerson. ER is very busy and he took time to develop positive rapport with our loved one who had fallen, very attentive, helpful and kind. Thank you Dr. Sockwell and the nursing team at Emerson ER today!
Dr. Sockwell seemed ok but he didn't return to my room to go over the plan of care. I was left there wondering what to next. Then a person came in says my tufts insurance requires a 75.00 dollar a coat and so she needs it right then and there. So I gave her a check. I thought the doctor was very good though but I was sort of upset about the whole injury because it happened on Nov.4. I sat down on a bench on the Bruce Freeman rail trail and immediately a piece of old rusty and dirty metal stuck onto me left leg from underneat... read more
