Extremely disappointed with my experience. Would definitely give him 0 starts if I could. Please read other reviews about him. He was rude, dismissive, and came across as very arrogant. I felt unheard and uncomfortable during the visit, and it was clear that he had little interest in listening or showing empathy. Definitely will not be returning, and I strongly do not recommend him to anyone looking for respectful, patient-centered care. We had a wonderful pregnancy journey with Dr Soo for our first baby. From fertility consultation, IVF treatments (unsuccessful) and pregnancy management (naturally conceived), Dr Soo and his team have provided great supports, care and patience whenever I needed.
