Dr Ruby is a good doctor but every appointment I wait over an hour. It is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Why is my appointment at 2pm but I’m waiting in the waiting room until 3pm and then I’m waiting in the back to see the dr. There has to be a fix for that.
Dr. Ruby is a very good doctor. He took care of my father who has passed. My husband now goes to him. The last 2-3 appointments my husband left the office because other patients shared that they had been waiting for over 2 hours. UNACCEPTABLE. Trying to find a new cardiologist.
