Went to the E.R. the attending Physician on 4/19/2024 to get a MRI done was Dr.S Norwood I told the receptionist that my primary dr. wanted me to get an MRI done on my knee because I was told it ruptured and she wanted to get an MRI done I never saw Dr. S Norwood nor did I speak to him he never came to the room i was in a nurse black male on call came in and told that he spoke to Dr. Norwood and that Dr. S.
