Overall the staff was nice and friendly. Dr. Nay was very rude. The visit felt very rushed. He doesnt understand not all African Americans are lazy. Some actually love their jobs.
I was seen right away and given very good care. I even received a follow up call checking on me. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend Dr. Heath to anyone.
