Dr. Landero explained perfectly and with details everything that I needed and wanted to know about what is going on with my health issues and would definitely recommend him
This is one of the best Dr. s office in Harlingen. All of the staff is friendly. The nursing staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Landero is very friendly, caring and obviously loves what he does and takes his time listening the patient issues. Gives great explanations on conditions and results. I highly recommend Dr. Landero for anyone seeking a Primary Dr. or for Bariatric Dr. I see him for both.
Husband and I have been patients of Dr Landero for several yrs, always pleased to arrive and not see an office full of folks . He takes his time with us each visit and is great at explaining things. His scheduling is an asset to his practice in that if a sudden problem comes up, we can usually see him in a timely manner . Thank you Dr Landero and staff.

I started going to Dr. Landero in 4/2018. I was very pleased with his attention and care. I called his office in late 7/2018, telling his nurse I was in a medical emergency of some sort. He refused to return my call or to see me that morning. I had to travel to a town more than an hour away where I was admitted to the hospital for 4 days and was diagnosed with a life threatening condition. What is the point of a Dr. who refuses to return your call, see you or help you in a medical emergency?

Dr. Landero cares very much for the well-being of patients, which is why he does his very best to accommodate same-day appointments/sick visits. However, for everyone's safety, patients or potential patients with a life-threatening emergency are strongly encouraged to go directly to their nearest emergency room to access the proper equipment and care.
Best doctor I have ever had. And that is saying a lot because I am 70 years old. He is on top of everything, really so well informed. Although he is busy with a lot of patients, he spends whatever time you need to discuss your concerns.
