We arrived at my daughters 8 appointment at 814. The receptionist told us there’s a 10 minute grace. Period. So because we’re past that we can’t be seen even though she’s in horrible pain. I had her ask the doctor to be sure because my daughter is in a lot of pain. And he confirmed that because we’re past the 10 minute grace period. He cant get perform the test so that she can see the doctor today not because he’s too busy, but because they have a 10 minute rule.
Dr. Hester is knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. He is a professional who will test and fit the patient with custom hearing aids and backs the products as well. I can’t say enough good about him and his products.
