Dr Hall made us feel very at ease, explained everything succinctly in detail, showed empathy and patience towards my husband and myself. We felt incredibly confident with him. His Practice Manager Petra was probably one of the best patient centred receptionists I have ever encountered. Nothing was too much of a problem and she went above and beyond to help us. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Dr Hall is nothing short of amazing in his approach to patient care. We felt very confident in his expertise.
I found Dr. Hall to be very approachable, listens to patients and a very good surgeon. Would highly recommend him.
Where to start with Dr Hall! He is the kindest, most efficient, talented and caring surgeon I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. I was referred to Sam following a very frustrating time when I wasn't getting answers and understanding at all. From the initial contact with his practice manager Petra it was fantastic. She was extremely accommodating and delightful to deal with. My first consult with Sam was very informative and his compassion for my frustration was next to none. Everything went so smoothly and following my surgery I'm over the moon! Don't go anywhere else, this man and his team were brilliant!!! Thank you so much .
