Friendly office but they desperately need to hire someone else for the phones. You call and wait for quite a while just to make a dang appointment. VERY FRUSTRATING. I am on my third kid there and it feels more like a rat race recently. Thankful that we are coming to the end of this experience!
I had a consultation with Samuel G Smith for an underbite treatment. I felt like the orthodontist didn't took me seriously or cared about my concerns. I was given a high estimate for the treatment, which was expected. When I had expressed that I didn't want to spend 20,000 or invest a year for treatment, he smiled at me and said, ''well if you ever win the lottery, you can come back and start treatment." or "you can keep blaming your parents for bad genetics."
