He is the rudest doctor I’ve ever been to. Stay far away from him. If he doesn’t like you we will treat you like a criminal.
Dr Polk is a very passionate and caring person that will genuinely listen to your concerns and try to make you as comfortable to getting your issues addressed. I’m just happy he’s not a dismissive Dr. I’ve been with him since 2016. I loves his staff and Nurse Leah is the best!

Both of my encounters with Dr. Polk and his staff has been just amazing. Each time was very pleasant and reassuring in seeing that my family & I understood the procedure and after care needs ; which includes the follow up appointments.
